Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours based on branch needs

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions
• Drive sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partnerships as needed
• Maintain operations with accurate transactions, account openings, and regulatory compliance
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, understandable way
