Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II to serve as a frontline ambassador and grow retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of products and services.

In this role, you will handle teller-like duties, open deposit accounts, and support digital banking tools while upholding Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity in a fast-paced branch environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsabilidades

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.
