Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Drive sales through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact and escalate when needed.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
• Support branch operations with cash handling, balancing, and compliance.
