Woodforest National Bank in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by building and growing retail customer relationships through excellent service and proactive product recommendations.

You will operate in a fast-paced branch, handle deposits and accounts with accuracy, support digital tools, and contribute to community engagement while upholding Woodforest’s Core Values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and regulatory adherence.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
