Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to grow retail relationships through excellent service and proactive product recommendations. You will play a key role in customer engagement, referrals, and marketing outreach while upholding Woodforest’s values in every interaction.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with flexibility for extended hours and a focus on accurate transactional work and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsabilidades

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at first contact, using internal partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence with accurate transaction processing and account opening while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized interactions every day.
• Engage customers to understand financial needs and explain banking products and digital tools clearly.
• Provide dependable service with professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support community engagement and local branch marketing efforts as needed.
