Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by building retail customer relationships through outstanding service and proactive banking solutions.

You will engage customers, explain products and digital tools in simple terms, process transactions accurately, and support branch marketing while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
