Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking a team-oriented associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience across our store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and follow loss prevention standards while supporting merchandise and operational procedures.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, ring purchases, and assist in store recovery. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
