HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks an engaging retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising duties while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll help maintain organized backrooms, tag and process merchandise, and support team goals for loss prevention and safety.

This role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced store environment. Your day will include assisting customers, training new associates, and collaborating with leadership to ensure a smooth flow

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Team player with supervisory experience or potential.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Ability to train other associates.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor stocked efficiently.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, code, and organize merchandise according to standards.
• Collaborate with management to maintain safety, productivity and store upkeep.
