Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness
• Maintains safety and compliance with labor laws
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
