Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining store standards
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery, safety and loss-prevention efforts
• Supports cross-training across store areas as needed
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies
