• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner with management to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Develop community engagement initiatives and loyalty-building events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
