J.Crew Factory is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a store team and drive profitability through genuine customer connections and brand loyalty. You will coach staff, optimize operations, and step into various roles as needed to maintain excellence.

You will partner with the Store Director, own a division such as Visual Merchandising or HR, recruit and train, and ensure service levels exceed goals while fostering a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passion for our brand, customers and teams.
• Up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into other sales floor roles as needed.
