You will collaborate with the Store Director, manage diverse responsibilities across merchandising, operations, HR, and service, and ensure best-in-class customer service and loyalty through community events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a scope similar to a store leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team while driving store performance.
• Strong customer service focus and brand passion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to drive profitability and brand experience.
• Own designated divisions (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) as needed.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support recruiting, training, and development for the team.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and exceed sales goals.
• Create community engagement and in-store events to build loyalty.
