You’ll oversee designated areas, participate in recruiting and training, and foster a collaborative environment that supports strong service and community engagement. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience.

• Up-to-date with fashion trends.

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & ASM to drive profitability and brand standards.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director & ASM with recruiting and training when needed.
• Partner with leaders to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Be able to step into various sales floor roles as needed.
