Michaels in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout. You will help with stocking, merchandising, and store recovery to uphold the Michaels brand promises.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with omnichannel processes, and supporting safety and shrink programs while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work at Michaels.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock merchan­dising; handle returns and go-backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
