Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly service, help customers locate products, and process fast checkouts. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store in stock and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the Michaels Rewards program, enrolling customers in Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Execute cash handling to standards and ensure a smooth checkout.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep the store in stock.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS as needed.
