Job summary

The role includes truck unloading, stocking, merchandising, and adherence to store recovery standards to keep shelves stocked and attractive. You will support the Rewards program enrollment and cross-train in framing services as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and handle merchandise returns.
