Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Chelmsford, MA is hiring a Store Associate. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You’ll assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and visually appealing. Training in rewards programs and private label cards is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Handle fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to keep shelves in stock.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
