Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Store Associate to help customers select frames, complete framing orders, and maintain a welcoming, clean store environment. You will assist shoppers, process transactions, stock and organize merchandise, and support store operations across the frame shop and sales floor.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, meeting sales targets, operating the cash register, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and other duties as assigned.
