Job summary

Michaels in Hanover, MA is seeking a store teammate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store standards to support our Brand Promises.

The role involves cross-training in framing sales and production. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
