Job summary

Michaels Amherst, NH is hiring for a customer-focused retail team member. You will help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will also drive enrollment in rewards programs and participate in Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. The role supports stocking, merchandising, and store recovery to keep an in-stock, well-merchandised environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and explain benefits (Rewards program).
• Capable of standing for long periods and moving around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer; participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandise recovery.
