Job summary

• Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Preferred Type of experience the job requires Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes to keep the store well merchandised.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage in store recovery and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
