Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Dallas, TX is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and operate the register.

You will help stock shelves, participate in truck unloading, and support planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. Team members will engage customers about rewards and Private Label programs, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and uphold SOPs while maintaining a positive, respectful store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
• Stock and merchandising, planogram compliance, and store recovery.
