Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Ensure fast checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms.
• Assist customers with product location and solutions.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in in-store recovery, shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model a positive image.
