You will coach employees, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop leadership skills while managing daily operations alongside the Store Manager. You will gain hands-on leadership experience with a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more, and help drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure loss prevention measures

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
