Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role in Dallas. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team, drive customer satisfaction, and promote a positive, productive environment.

The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and store performance. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, cash management, asset protection, and daily store operations to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time, including standing and lifting.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric store environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, and protect assets.
• Drive profitability by tracking store financials and achieving goals.
• Supervise and develop team while maintaining strong customer relations.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
