Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive store performance. Youd partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maximize profitability.

You0ll gain hands-on leadership experience while selling a diverse range of merchandise. As part of the role, you will coach staff, ensure high service standards, and assist with recruiting.

Qualifications

• 18+ with HS diploma or GED
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories
