FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Houston to support daily store operations, lead a team, recruit talent, and drive store profitability. The role includes overseeing customer relations, inventory, and POS systems while maintaining FirstCash standards.

The position offers hourly pay with commission based on productivity and store performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6+ months management/3rd key experience.
• Promotes a positive/productive environment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and protect assets, including cash handling.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and company standards.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
