Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Tulsa location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer service across diverse merchandise, from jewelry to electronics to tools.

You will coach teams, handle duties as Manager on Duty, recruit talent, and work toward store profitability. Earned Wage Access, discounts, and benefits accompany this role in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation.
• Analyze performance and support business objectives.
