Job summary

Lids Sports Group, a leading licensed sports retailer with 1,300 stores nationwide, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. This role supports the Store Manager, leads a team, drives sales, and ensures outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a heart of the Lids brand, you will manage staff, uphold policy and standards, and contribute to achieving store targets while creating a fun, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment to make it right for customers.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support in performing them as needed.
