Lids Sports Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and staffing when Store Manager is absent.
• Coach associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team by creating a fun, productive environment while aligning with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies and store procedures.
• Lead customer experience by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in real time.
