• Experience in retail leadership or management preferred.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when required and maintain team morale.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance, inventory protection, and cash handling standards.
• Open/close the store and prepare for inventory audits.
