Job summary

Lids Sports Group, a leading licensed sports retailer, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily store performance and guest experience. You will guide the team, manage schedules, and lead training to uphold Lids standards in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will execute sales strategies, ensure merchandising alignment, and help deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining store operations and safety compliance across responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling strategy to achieve KPIs and high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain visual standards and cleanliness across the store, including merchandising.
• Open and close the store as required and assist with scheduling.
