You will coach employees, drive store performance, build customer relationships, and develop your leadership skills while working with merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. Partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional service, manage inventory, recruit and retain talent, and help achieve sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals; maintain inventory accuracy.
