POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager in Century City. You will lead a team, coach associates, and drive a top-tier customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager on sales goals and store operations.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics, ensuring POP MART’s premium brand is reflected in every interaction with collectors and visitors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and maintain POP MART brand standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to hit sales goals and KPIs including sales, conversion, and UPT.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory, planning, and stockroom organization.
• Build excitement for product launches, collaborations, and events.
