FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on day-to-day store operations, staff leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 18 years or older; High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work across multiple locations as needed.
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of staff to meet company standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and merchandise, follow procedures to protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage store operations, including inventory, loans, merchandising and reporting.
• Analyze store financials and drive profitability through goal setting and communication.
