FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager. The role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a performance bonus tied to store results.

Responsibilities include team development, customer relations, and achieving financial goals while maintaining policy adherence. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months+ management/3rd key experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash and merchandise, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting processes.
• Analyze store financial statements to meet goals and drive profitability.
• Maintain operating standards in line with FirstCash requirements.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity of loans issued.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly with employees about mission and profit goals.
• Stay current on product knowledge and policies.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Other related duties as assigned.
