FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team, recruit talent, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes a base hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses. Candidates must be ready to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to handle cash, inventory, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to work in a retail setting with flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside Store Manager.
• Recruit, develop, and retain store staff.
• Maximize financial goals and manage customer relations/satisfaction.
• Ensure asset protection and adherence to FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store and manage cash/merchandise.
