FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve financial goals while promoting a customer-centric environment and safeguarding assets. Position features an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity, with a comprehensive benefits package, Earned Wage Access and vacation accruals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required;18+ and eligible to work.
• Able to supervise others and lead a team.
• Cash handling experience and customer service focus.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and flexible retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Store Manager and promote a positive environment.
• Recruit and retain top talent; supervise staff performance.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, protect assets.
• Monitor loan/consignment processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive profitability through sound reporting and communication.
• Maintain product knowledge and upholding FirstCash standards.
• Serve as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
