FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive a customer‑centric experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop staff, recruit top talent, and maximize profitability while maintaining asset protection and compliance.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission incentives tied to store performance, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Minimum six months of management or 3rd key experience.
Strong customer service and financial acumen.
Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
Opens and closes the store, including cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring procedures protect assets.
Ensure asset protection through inventory control and documentation.
