FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role combines store leadership with customer service, including managing operations, staff, and financial goals.

The position offers hourly pay from $17.00 to $20.00 plus commission potential and a bonus based on store performance. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and Earned Wage Access, with opportunities for 401k enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing issues.
• Recruit top talent and train staff to meet standards.
• Open and close the store and protect assets.
• Manage loans/inventory and store operations.
• Lead store employees and partner with Store Manager to meet financial goals.
