Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months of management experience.

You will lead daily store operations, help recruit and develop staff, and drive customer satisfaction while managing loans and inventory. The role offers an hourly wage between $15.00 and $20.00, plus potential commission up to 8% on gross profit and performance bonuses based on store results.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms (certification possible).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train and monitor Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes.
• Maintain product knowledge and store presentation.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
