Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months of management/3rd key experience.

The role partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit, and retain top talent, and maximize financial goals in a customer-centric environment. You will analyze store financial statements, promote asset protection, and drive customer satisfaction while handling a wide range of products in our stores, including tools, electronics, and firearms

Qualifications

• Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in partnership with the Store Manager to develop staff and achieve goals.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, protect assets, and oversee loans.
• Monitor loans, merchandising, and store systems to maximize profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and a customer-centric environment.
