Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store daily operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Train and develop Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, including cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and profitability while protecting assets.
• Communicate store goals and ensure adherence to standards.
