FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Omaha area. The role supports daily store operations under the Store Manager, builds a customer-centric environment, and helps recruit and develop staff.

Salary is hourly with commissions and store-performance bonuses, reflecting location and experience. You will oversee cash handling, inventory, and loan processes, while promoting asset protection and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Willing to work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager.
• Promote customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers and recruit top talent.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers, protect assets.
• Monitor inventory and loan handling procedures.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and results.
• Maintain FirstCash standards and product knowledge.
