Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience in retail.
• Must be willing to perform duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and leadership capabilities; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; train staff and oversee cash handling and asset protection.
• Open/close store processes and manage inventory, loans, and store systems.
