FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Omaha, NE location. The role offers hourly pay between $18.50 and $21.00, plus potential commissions up to 8% based on productivity, with bonuses tied to store performance.

Qualifications

Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
Must have flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Promote a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
Open/close store, count cash, safeguard assets.
Protect assets via inventory control and loan management.
Manage store operations, merchandising, reporting & store systems.
Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
