We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $6.34 per hour on top of your hourly rate.
Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months management/3rd key experience. Accountable for day‑to‑day operations, promotes a positive environment, leads and develops employees, recruits and retains talent, maximizes financial goals, and manages customer relations. Partners with the Store Manager to analyze financial statements, ensure asset protection, promote the business, and target new customer acquisitions. Works with a variety of merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms in FFL locations, and more.
