Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Proficient with English language in writing and speaking.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Experience solving problems in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs including sales metrics.
• Understands retail business and competitive landscape.

• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
