Job summary

LensCrafters in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and drive key metrics. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop the team and maintain best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

• Drive KPIs: sales, conversions, traffic, and profitability.
• Lead and develop store team in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Ensure visual directives and store appearance.
• Maintain positive relations with doctors and patients.
